Sawmill
 

Transformation of wooden boards or solid wood semi-finished parts by means of multirip saws and moulders.
 
   

CNC machines and squaring saw
 

4 x 5 axis routers, 1 router for mechanically processing aluminium
profiles, and a squaring saw.
  
 

Pressing, Edgebanding and Sanding

2 presses for flat surfaces, 2 sanding machines also for  customised effects, manual sanding, and an edgebanding machine. 
 

Technology for wrapping aluminium profiles with real wood veneer 

A wrapping machine suitable for aluminium profiles and for solid wood/MDF with real wood veneer. 
 

Lacquering and stain machine
   

Two carousels for acrylic and water-based paint spraying and one
roller coater. Manual staining and shading.
 
 

Assembly and customised packing
  

Interior design and semi-finished products are assembled entirely by hand; packing with suitable internal and external protection (fumigated wood crates) for transport throughout the world by any means.

Warehouse storage
  

On demand, and on agreed terms, interior decor items are
temporarily stored and protected until the client requires delivery.

Customised assembly and packing

Because it cares about its clients' needs, FIAM provides customised assembly and packing. Interior design or semi-finished items are assembled entirely by hand; packing with suitable internal and external protection (fumigated wood crates) for transport throughout the world by any means.

In the sawmill...

In our highly automated sawmill we transform boards or solid wood semi-finished items by means of multirip saws and moulders.
Using 5 x 5 axis routers, one router for mechanically processing aluminium profiles, and a squaring saw, we can guarantee top quality production. Pressing, edge banding and sanding are carried out by two presses for tops and two sanding machines that can also provide customised effects. Because we are artisans, we also sand by hand.
Processing is completed by wrapping aluminium profiles with sliced veneers and painting to high quality standards.
